Wayne Edwards

  • Born and raised in Athens, Georgia, Wayne attended the University of Georgia and graduated from Faulkner University. Wayne served as the General Manager of multiple General Shale Brick locations including Roanoke, VA, Memphis, TN, and Birmingham, AL. Wayne retired from General Shale in 2009. 

Dan Ragan

  • Graduated from East Tennessee State University and matriculated at the University of Tennessee, Dan is a former officer in the United States Army and has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources including traditional HR consulting, search/recruiting, training and development and career transition.  

John Autry

  • With over 35 years’ experience in counseling, consulting, lecturing, and “planting” new churches in the South, John is the chief writer and facilitator for a variety of our custom-designed training programs. He attended college and matriculated at the University of Georgia, Atlanta Christian College, and the Cincinnati Seminary. 

Calvin Schmid

  • Calvin earned a PhD. in Social  Psychology, and a MA in Social-Community Psychology from Boston College. His specialty areas of coaching include Global Experience in Executive Coaching, Strategy Development, Leadership, Team Development and Organizational Effectiveness, and Personal/Life coaching. He is credentialed in many training programs including Benchmarks, Lominger Voices, PDI, Compass, Leadership Versatility Index, Hogan Leadership Assessments, MBTI and TAIS.

Dennis M. Russell

  • Dennis spent many years in HR departments with a billion-dollar corporation, including employee outplacement and counseling, management recruitment and placement, and personnel evaluation. He has been a consultant to ER&A for over fifteen years, specializing in corporate outplacement, executive search, and personnel appraisal. Dennis has a B.A. degree from David Lipscomb University and a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and professional memberships in the American Society of Human Resource Management, and the College Placement Council.
